Shipping Policy

Processing Time All canvas prints at eCanvas King are custom-made to order, one of a kind, and crafted specifically for you. Please allow 15–25 business days for your order to be produced and shipped. We do not hold pre-made inventory — every piece is printed, stretched, and inspected before it leaves the facility.

Shipping & Delivery Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number will be emailed.  Delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to the production window above.

International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.

Order Tracking A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 25 business days of your order date, please contact us at the email listed on our Contact page.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your canvas arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
