🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship from both the United States and China, depending on the product and your location. Many of our canvas prints are fulfilled through US-based partners for faster domestic delivery, while select items ship internationally from our overseas production facilities.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment source:

• US Fulfillment: Typically 5–10 business days from the time your order is placed and production is complete.
• International Fulfillment (China): Estimated 10–20 days for most US destinations. International orders may take slightly longer depending on customs processing.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, our canvas prints are made-to-order and require production time before shipping. We're working on expedited options — stay tuned! If you have a time-sensitive need, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times and rates will vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

🖼️ Framing & Presentation

Are the canvas prints framed?

Yes! Our canvas prints arrive gallery-wrapped and pre-stretched on a sturdy wooden frame — ready to hang straight out of the box. No additional framing is needed. Simply find your perfect wall and hang it up!

What does "gallery-wrapped" mean?

Gallery wrapping means the canvas image wraps around the sides of the wooden stretcher bars, giving it a clean, frameless look that's popular in modern and contemporary interiors. The sides are printed with a continuation of the image or a solid color border for a polished finish.

Do you offer an "Image Only" option without the frame?

Yes! For customers who prefer to frame locally or mount flat, we offer an Image Only option on select products — This is the original "unscaled" image. NOT a canvas print. This will be emailed to you.

🎨 Canvas Quality

What kind of canvas do you use?

We use high-quality, artist-grade canvas with fade-resistant, archival inks. Our prints are designed to maintain their vibrant color and sharp detail for years to come — no fading, no cracking, no compromise.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

We do our best to ensure color accuracy, but monitor settings can vary. Our prints are color-calibrated for the most true-to-life reproduction possible. If you have concerns about a specific piece, don't hesitate to contact us before ordering.

Are your prints suitable for humid environments like bathrooms?

Our canvas prints are best suited for standard indoor environments. We recommend avoiding areas with excessive moisture or direct steam, as prolonged humidity can affect the canvas and frame over time.

📦 Orders & Returns

How should I open my package when my canvas arrives?

To ensure your new artwork arrives safely, your canvas is packaged very tightly and securely. Please DO NOT use box cutters, razor blades, or scissors to slice down the middle of the box. The surface of the canvas rests just beneath the packaging, and sharp objects can easily cut through the artwork.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds or offer replacements for items that are accidentally cut, slit, or damaged during the unboxing process.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because our prints are made-to-order, we begin production quickly after an order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request before production begins.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your canvas arrives damaged, we've got you covered. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Do you accept returns?

Since each canvas is custom-printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if there is a defect or damage with your order, we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority — please don't hesitate to reach out.
